Rick Lania is Emily’s oldest son and has been heavily involed with Esperanza – Hope For The Children, Inc. since it was originally estbalished in 2006. His involvement has included creating Esperanza’s website, securing grants, managing the donation platforms, and much more. Rick was also chosen by Noel’s parents to be his padrino (godfather).
