Noel was originally a patient of Esperanza – Hope For The Children, Inc. and has since become an integral part of the organization serving as the Honduran Coordinator, and our only volunteer living full time in Honduras. He leverages his ability to speak both English and Spanish to translate for many community projects, patients’ and their families, and school administration. Noel co-founded and teaches an E.S.L. program for the village of Flores. He works closely with the Patranato Board of Mira Flores, originally with the installation of a well that we installed, and now with the ongoing cleaning and operation of the spigot.
